CIM/Quality Computes ROI for QMS/9000+

You can best understand the economics of QMS/9000+ by using CIM Quality, our Virtual Factory. You can do this with a free "Lite" version, which limits factory operations to 12 virtual months, or you can purchase the full verison of CIM/Quality which can be very useful in your quality system planning activities.

JKA has built a Virtual Factory which runs on a PC and simulates the operations of a real factory with ISO 9000 compliant quality subsystems [4.1, 4.2...]. These quality subsytems can be installed so that the required quality procedures within a subsystem are executed manually, or with the aid of computers, depending on options you select.

To realistically model the computer-based subsystems, CIM Quality simulates QMS/9000+ Modules. This enables you to directly compare the operating costs of QMS/9000+ Modules with the corresponding manual operations. A spreadsheet shows you a breakdown of actual operating costs of the quality system under various conditions. Initial capital investments are included, so you can compute the ROI.
