Position Available
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Business/Quality Simulation Software Products.
JKA, Inc. has exclusive, worldwide marketing rights to all embodiments of a pioneering business/quality simulation software patent. CIM/QualityTM , representing the first embodiment of the invention, enables companies to explore a variety of ISO 9000 quality systems configurations, thereby optimizing their final ISO 9000 implementation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for worldwide management of the CIM/QualityTM product line, its extensions and additions, and for the recruitment and management of a team of sales specialists who will focus on major accounts in strategic distribution channels.
Candidates will have ten years experience in the sales and marketing of B2B computer software, preferably to medium/large manufacturing firms. Candidates will also have five years experience managing sales teams. Direct software sales experience is a major plus. Sales/marketing of Supply Chain Management software is desirable. An MBA degree is a definite bonus.
The successful candidate will be rewarded on the basis of performance. Compensation includes a substantial percentage of CIM/QualityTM product sales and liberal stock options tied to meeting/exceeding contractually established sales goals.
