Customer supplied products/services must be properly controlled. QMS/9000+ provides:

• Extensive test/inspect/audit customer supplied products [see 4.10.1 Receiving Inspection and Testing]
• Customer specific procedures for verification and acceptance
• Tracking and recording of lost/damaged/unsuitable products and reporting to customer
