4.3 Contract Review
The facility must establish procedures for creating, managing
and reviewing customer contracts. Using QMS/9000+,
you can:
- Establish documented procedures for customer contracts by
type of customer
- Schedule periodic reviews and record contract review
results
- Maintain a complete history of reviews, by customer and
type
- Establish specifications/requirements by
customer/contract
- Maintain product information by customer/contract when
required
