Customer Performance Feedback
QMS/9000+ Customer Performance Feedback is an integrated set
of user modifiable computer software modules for real-time
capture, reporting, summarization, and analysis of customer
complaint data.
QMS/9000+ permits the user to establish open ended sets of
parameters that reflect defective material or processes and to
record customer complaints in terms of quantity, reasons, source,
etc. Customer complaints are logged into the Nonconformance
Control module of QMS/9000+. As a result, the system can compute
a wide variety of performance statistics such as:
- Pareto ranking of reasons for complaints
- Charts of complaints to see progress over time
- Parts per million (PPM) calculations
- Updates of supplier ratings
These analyses may be presented in detail or summary form,
and in tabular or graphical display.
