Executive Workshops

JKA has created a half-day workshop in which teams of executives run a Virtual Factory on a PC. Decisions are made about allocation of resources [quality systems to install, plant capacity, et. al.] and the effects of these decisions on the company's performance [sales growth and profitability] are shown in real time.

Busy executives are able to compress 60 months of virtual plant operations into an hour of real time. Teams naturally compete for best performance, but share experiences after the simulation session.

These Workshops can be effectively used by:

• Vice Presidents and Directors of Quality to improve other executives' understanding of business/quality relationships.

• Consultants as a service to individual clients and as a open workshop to attract new clients.
