CIM/QualityTM Suite
CIM/Quality simulates the manufacturing supply chain
process (including defective units), from purchase of materials,
through the making of finished products, to the use of the
products by consumers. The VP of Quality (individual player or
team) decides which ISO 9000 subsystems to employ and whether to
invest in corrective actions. Consumers who return defective
products get refunds and may switch to competitive brands.
Performance is measured by sales growth, profit and, ultimately,

CIM/Quality Advanced allows the user to model specific site conditions by
adjusting parameters such as: labor hours required for quality
tasks, product price, market growth rate, et al. Planners
can then simulate their own plant's performance under different
scenarios to find an optimum quality system solution.
CIM/Quality PRO gives you all the features and flexibility of
CIM/Quality
Advanced, plus a designer's toolkit. The tookit lets you
construct your own simulation challenges for players using an
intuitive graphical interface. Others can then play your custom
simulations using CIM/Quality or CIM/Quality Advanced. A copy of CIM/Quality
Advanced is included in the price of the toolkit.
